Just leading up to the 4th of July holiday in 2023, Outsized was hired to recruit 40 respondents for an online moderated session which included the programming of an online screener, fielding to the appropriate audience (at less than 15% incidence), collecting email address and contact phone number…and that was the easy part! Outsized then reached out to each qualified respondent, phoning to confirm their validity for the session, scheduling each for a specific time and date (one of 6 sessions), ensuring they completed a technical device check ahead of time and following up with email reminders of their upcoming session. An hour ahead of their specific session, we sent a text-message reminder as well. At the conclusion of the sessions, Outsized sent each participant an e gift-card to thank them for their time.
